Free Return<\/h3>\n

We offer free return on the first return for all orders placed on www.aemerea.it.<\/a><\/p>\n

You have 20 days from the delivery date to return items you no longer wish to keep, provided they meet the Return Conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n

Return Conditions<\/h3>\n

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our garments, we only accept returns if:<\/p>\n

  1. Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and hygiene seals intact.<\/li>\n
  2. Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and untouched.<\/li>\n
  3. All original packaging (including boxes, tags, and pouches) must be included in the return.<\/li>\n
  4. Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to the sender.<\/p>\n

    Exclusions<\/h3>\n

    We do not accept returns of:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Swimwear and bodysuits showing signs of wear or tried on without underwear.<\/li>\n
    2. Items that are damaged, washed, or altered.<\/li>\n
    3. Perfumes and cosmetics, for hygiene reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Exchanges<\/h3>\n

      To ensure a fast and transparent process, we do not process direct exchanges.<\/p>\n

      If you wish to receive a different size, color, or model, please:<\/p>\n

      1. Return the original item.<\/li>\n
      2. Place a new order through our website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        If you have any questions, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.<\/p>\n

        How to Start a Return<\/h3>\n

        To initiate the process:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Email returns@aemerea.it<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n
        2. We\u2019ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid label if this is your first return.<\/li>\n
        3. Pack your items carefully, including all original packaging and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          If you request multiple returns for the same order, the shipping costs of additional returns will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

          Refund Timing and Method<\/h3>\n

          Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund within 10 business days from the return request.<\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to delay the refund until:<\/p>\n

          1. The items are physically received at our warehouse, or<\/li>\n
          2. A valid proof of shipment is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The refund will be made using the same payment method selected at checkout.<\/p>\n

            Additional costs for express services or customizations will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
