Refunds and returns

Free Return

We offer free return on the first return for all orders placed on www.aemerea.it.

You have 20 days from the delivery date to return items you no longer wish to keep, provided they meet the Return Conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our garments, we only accept returns if:

1. Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and hygiene seals intact.
2. Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and untouched.
3. All original packaging (including boxes, tags, and pouches) must be included in the return.
4. Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to the sender.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns of:

1. Swimwear and bodysuits showing signs of wear or tried on without underwear.
2. Items that are damaged, washed, or altered.
3. Perfumes and cosmetics, for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

To ensure a fast and transparent process, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or model, please:

1. Return the original item.
2. Place a new order through our website.

How to Start a Return

To initiate the process:

1. Email returns@aemerea.it with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid label if this is your first return.
3. Pack your items carefully, including all original packaging and documentation.

If you request multiple returns for the same order, the shipping costs of additional returns will be borne by the customer.

Refund Timing and Method

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund within 10 business days from the return request.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until:

1. The items are physically received at our warehouse, or
2. A valid proof of shipment is provided.

The refund will be made using the same payment method selected at checkout.

Additional costs for express services or customizations will not be refunded.
